WORKSHOPS

Ann’s workshops are for you.  They are high-energy workshops that find participants wanting more.  One of her workshop objectives is to be sure everyone has something to take home and use.  Do and learn is how we work together!  Most workshops are 3-6 hours in length, but can be adjusted.

Having taught over 600 speech classes and workshops, Ann knows that successful workshops happen because they are applicable to age level and the needs of the group.  Each workshop request will be preceded by an interview and each workshop or class will be “user friendly.”  They tell you how to, why to, and what to do. 

The following workshops have been given and are appropriate for children, adults, librarians, story clubs, media specialists, senior speakers, storytellers, religious leaders and teachers.

HOUSES FOR STORIES
Collect personal and family stories that will give an understanding and explanation of what happened in your life.  They are treasures you can share.

SIGN SIGNALS
Interact with your child and improve the language exchange between baby and family.  Teach him/her to talk with their hands.

PUT SIGNS IN STORIES
Build meaning and excitement in a new and different way.  Learn to sign what you say in the stories you tell.

SPEAK WITH STORIES
Enhance and enrich your speech by effectively incorporating stories in speeches.

CAN ANYTHING GOOD COME OUT OF STORIES?
Examine the lives and character traits of heroes and leaders as seen in all types of stories.
